Lucia Neri is an experienced Sports Therapist with a strong background in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and pitch-side care across both elite and grassroots sport.
Her freelance and clinical work has taken her across a wide variety of sporting environments, from schools and academies to large-scale national events such as the Rosslyn Park National Schools 7s, Middlesex 7s, and Seaford 7s. She also supports professional teams and athletes through Official Sports Services, delivering sports therapy and soft tissue services for major organisations including the NFL and international rugby teams.
Passionate about athlete care and performance, Lucia integrates hands-on treatment, exercise-based rehab, and preventative strategies to help clients recover quickly, build resilience, and minimise the risk of re-injury.
