Helen is a highly experienced Chartered Physiotherapist with over 20 years as a clinician in elite sport.
She has worked in EFL football, rugby league, rugby union, and with sevens teams including 9-16’s, U18’s and senior squad athletes. She currently works freelance for the FA and RFU. In addition Helen was a consultant physiotherapist for Olympic/Paralympic equestrian (Team GB – Beijing 2008, London 2012) for 15 years and worked for the Hong Kong Jockey Club for 5 years with Team Hong Kong horses and riders
