Elton undertook his medical training at UCL Medical School before carrying out his junior doctor posts in the Midlands. He is currently a GP Registrar working in Northeast London.
Elton is particularly interested in the holistic management of athletes, which led to him completing a diploma in Lifestyle medicine and a Masters in Sports Medicine, Exercise & Health with a research focus on the mental health of elite British basketball players.
Elton also has experience working pitch side covering a variety of sports at the university level and recently worked at the Birmingham Commonwealth Games 2022.
Outside of his practice, Elton enjoys getting on a court himself for a game of basketball and running in his spare time.
