Sports Medicine

Dean works for the Football Association as an England Development Pathway doctor. He is Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club (NCCC) and honorary chief medical officer for GB Baseball. 

He has experience in trauma and emergency care not only at pitch side but also from my previous Orthopaedic training. He has worked in various sports as a team doctor including rugby, athletics and gymnastics. He also has experience in Emergency medicine which supports his clinical knowledge and acumen in sports medicine. He has worked with para- athletes in the past through classifying for British Cycling and had been appointed Chief Medical Officer Team UK for the Invictus Games in 2021.
