Celia Paterson is a seasoned physiotherapist with over 20 years’ experience. Over her career, Celia has worked across multiple NHS and private settings in orthopaedics, outpatient musculoskeletal care, neurology, stroke, critical care, and oncology.
Her practice philosophy is to treat both the immediate injury and the underlying biomechanical factors that may contribute to pain or dysfunction. To support this holistic approach, Celia has additional qualifications in sports massage (ITEC Level 3), acupuncture (AACP foundation course, 2017), and JEMS Movement Art (Part 1).
Her combination of clinical breadth, advanced skills, and patient-centred philosophy allows her to support individuals from athletes dealing with sports injuries to those recovering from complex musculoskeletal or neurological conditions. She is committed to empowering clients to understand their bodies, recover stronger, and prevent future injury.
