Abbe graduated with a First Class BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Oxford Brookes University and has since built a wide-ranging career across orthopaedics, stroke rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, and private practice. She has worked at leading clinics including the Bosworth Clinic under Gordon Bosworth, former Chief Physiotherapist to British Athletics, where she developed her specialism in sports and paediatric physiotherapy.
With over 9 years at Chipping Norton Physio Practice and her current role at Bond Physiotherapy, Abbe treats a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries. She combines manual therapy, tailored exercise programs, acupuncture, Pilates, and sports massage to optimise recovery and empower patients to self-manage and prevent recurrence.
